MAINTENANCE WINDOW: Wednesday: 2 AM to 3 AM EDT // 0700 to 0800 UTC
MAINTENANCE DESCRIPTION:
FreedomPay will be performing system maintenance starting at 2 AM and ending by 3 AM EDT (0700 to 0800 UTC).
MAINTENANCE IMPACT:
During the maintenance window FreedomPay technicians will be applying updates to ecommerce infrastructure that will impact connectivity for between 3 – 5 minutes for the HPP, VAS, DMP solutions. During this period, the impacted solutions may drop connections, or inbound systems may experience connection issues or timeouts.
FreedomPay has designed and tested this maintenance to reduce the impact as much as possible and does not foresee any issues as a result of changes to be made once completed.
