MAINTENANCE WINDOW: Wednesday: 2 AM to 5 AM EDT // 0600 to 0900 UTC
MAINTENANCE DESCRIPTION: FreedomPay will be performing system maintenance starting at 2 AM and ending by 5 AM EDT (0600 to 0900 UTC).
MAINTENANCE IMPACT:
FreedomPay will be conducting its annual test of its Disaster Recovery Plan over the next two (2) weeks. On Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025 from 2AM ET to 5 AM ET, FreedomPay will be performing maintenance and the first portion of its annual disaster recovery failover process. Users will notice temporary connectivity issues for some of the listed services for up to 10-minute intervals. This initial maintenance will not impact FreeWay, FreedomPay’s payment gateway, but will delay scheduled batch processing and Data Warehouse feed delivery until completion of maintenance.
This exercise will impact the following FreedomPay services:
