MAINTENANCE DESCRIPTION:

FreedomPay will be performing an emergency platform release at 11:00 PM and ending by 12:00 AM EDT as part of its final remediation efforts related to the service issue experienced on Sunday, Sept. 18th.

MAINTENANCE IMPACT:

This maintenance is categorized as unscheduled due to the reduced notice window, however, it is not expected to impact clients. During the maintenance there are no expected outages with the FreedomPay system.

FreedomPay has taken every appropriate measure to minimize the impact of this maintenance, and does not foresee any ongoing issues as a result of changes to be made.
